PARISH SURVEY
To Know the Parish, To Grow in Communion
This research program is a customized version of collaborative research. It establishes a strong bond between social research and pastoral management. We undertake each parish, to know the parish through the means of research tools, with the assistance of the parish leaders. This is a socio-pastoral reserch program that looks and analyse the parish community in its deep sense of faith and practices.
Objectives - It is to evaluate the spiritual growth, understand the social life, accelerate the parish activites, to give an orientation to the parish administration, to encourage collaborative pastoral leadership in the parish.

DIACONAL PROJECT
This is a collaoborative endevor of PAROC with Marymatha Major Seminary, applying its fourth year students into social research zeal. The students are invited to engage in a pastoral social research where they are asked to do their pastoral ministry as a part of pastoral formation program. They shall fix a topic on pastoral importance in the parish and can approach the same with the tool of social research. PAROC research institute has supervised a variety of micro research program pertainging pastoral concern. Some of them are listed here.
