About
This research project, contributes to the debates surrounding the challenges and opportunities linked to community discernment process in the light of theological vision of synodality. It considers the following questions: (1) How do participatory approaches or community discernment process in the Church help to achieve pastoral goals more effectively?, (2) How do they benefit participants linked to the participatory process? and (3) How do they help the Church to evangelize and to grow in communion. We are interested in the realizations of synodality at local Church (diocese/parish/basic Christian communities).
