Participatory Church: Challenges and Possibilities?

The very nature of the Church, which is communion, demands all faithful participate in the mission and life of the Church. Each and every member of the Church participates in the unique mission of the Church through diverse ministries, vocations, offices and Holy orders. The symbosium Participatory Church: Challenges and Possibilities reflected upon how to organize and direct these diversities in the Church for a effective pastoral ministry in the current context. The Seminar had four sessions, which focused on the possibilities and challenges of the participatory pastoral ministry in the Church.The theme was approached interdisciplinarily.  Detailes of the programmes is given below. The Symbosium is participated by Scholars from India and Abroad.
