Good mentoring has tremendous potential for helping the clergy meet the challenges they face in the ministry. PAROC's work and research with clergy suggest that mentoring is one of the important development tools that can help them for efficient and effective pastoral ministry. Trained mentors are assets of a diocese / religious group. PAROC here offers a residential training programme for those priests who are engaged in the mentoring of Priests.Training Goals: Help mentors to define and understand their unique role, To enhance accompaniment in priestly relationships, Help to develop specific skills for successful mentoring, Help to plan mentoring programme. Religious and Diocesan priests who wish to be mentors of priests or who are engaged in the guidance and mentoring of the priests are welcomed to participate in the programme. Seminary formators are also welcomed.
